Molex is hiring an Engineer, Product Validation in Tamsui District, New Taipei. The role supports project teams by performing analytical and technical validation work, communicating requirements and status, managing engineering resources, establishing test standards, and guiding technicians. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least three years of experience managing engineering or validation projects, preferably in cable systems development. Liquid cooling, helium testing, technical leadership, and process improvement experience are advantageous.
