The Production Process Engineer will design, develop, and implement production processes for efficient mass production, including manufacturing equipment layouts, production sequences, tooling and machinery adaptations, process testing, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply, or a technical field, knowledge of LEAN production, ideally around two years of food production experience, and strong analytical, problem-solving, change-leading, and situational leadership skills.
