The role manages resources, budgets, timelines, risks, documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement while providing technical guidance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent expertise, at least five years of engineering project or program management experience, knowledge of project management methodologies, proficiency with project management tools, and strong leadership and communication skills; CAD and engineering design experience are preferred.
