Description
The Engineer Program Manager I will supervise and manage engineering projects and programs in the Bridge Design section, including technical decision-making, staff and consultant supervision, scheduling, work assignment, cost estimating, permit and design review, field studies, inspections, and technical guidance. The role requires a valid Delaware or other United States professional engineering license, six months of project-engineering experience in a listed engineering discipline, and staff-supervision experience. It is a regular agency position in Dover, Delaware, with an 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. workday and a stated annual salary of $100,280.20.
