The Bavarian Health and Food Safety Authority (LGL) is hiring an Engineer / Project Lead (m/f/d) for Building Services Engineering (TGA) in Oberschleißheim to lead the technical and operational aspects of a major new laboratory building with an energy center. The role manages external service providers and contractors, budgets, resources, technical teams, laboratory and utility systems, maintenance, procurement, digital facility management, energy efficiency, and incident or crisis management. Candidates need a relevant technical university degree, several years of experience in technical building management or facility management, project leadership experience, strong German, and a Class B driver’s license. The position is under a permanent employment contract with pay grade E 13, mobile working, and benefits including vacation, pension, training, and employee discounts.
