Molex is hiring an Engineer, Project Management in Zhuhai, Guangdong to manage OSBU connectivity projects and coordinate plant operations, customer visits, S&OP, capacity planning, new-product launches, cost and quality improvements, and product lifecycle activities. The role requires English and Mandarin communication, proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and SAP, knowledge of NPI and mass-production costing, and the ability to lead cost reduction, capacity, and quality initiatives.
