Description
The Nuclear Valve Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and supporting the production of fluid-flow and valve components for nuclear applications. The role reviews customer specifications, prepares drawings, bills of material, test procedures, reports, and CGD documents, performs operability and stress analyses, and coordinates with purchasing, production, quality, and other engineering teams. It requires a BSME with a PE license, five years of fluid-flow component design experience including at least three years of nuclear valve design, and familiarity with relevant ASME, ANSI, CSA, and nuclear industry standards.
