Description
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is hiring an Engineer Quality in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, to develop and maintain quality control systems, inspection and testing processes, control plans, and nonconformance responses for manufacturing products and processes. The role partners with engineering and production teams, applies quality standards such as ISO 9000, AS9102, MIL, IPC, and other applicable standards, performs root-cause analysis, and drives reliability and quality improvements. A bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field with at least two years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with zero years of experience is required, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. The primary salary range is $79,600 to $119,400, with possible overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
