Molex is hiring an Engineer, Quality System in Zhuhai, Guangdong to maintain and improve the TL9000 quality management system, coordinate with cross-functional teams and CM factories, optimize Agile and OA processes, establish cross-factory supervision and continuous-improvement mechanisms, and lead TL9000 and customer audits. The role requires English proficiency, self-study ability, coordination and execution skills, and willingness to travel; a TL9000/ISO9001 internal auditor certificate is preferred.
