Micron is hiring a Real Time Defect Analysis Engineer to improve yield, quality, and process capability in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves defect characterization, root cause analysis, troubleshooting wafer fabrication problems, evaluating materials and equipment, implementing corrective actions, and using AI-enabled tools to support continuous improvement. A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
