Eaton India Innovation Center is hiring a Senior Engineer - Reliability for its Electrical Risk Management Center of Excellence in Magarpatta City, Pune. The role focuses on Design for Reliability in electrical product development, reliability assessments and life testing, data analytics, burn-in and warranty defect reduction, FRACAS and Shainin Red X problem-solving, and cross-functional reliability risk management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, six or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or two or more years with a master’s degree, and proficiency in reliability modeling, standards, testing, and reliability analysis tools.
