Eaton is hiring a Reliability and Safety Engineer for its Aerospace business in Pune, India. The role delivers reliability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) work packages across new product introduction and sustaining engineering projects, supports reliability life testing and actuarial modeling, develops RAMS deliverables, identifies and mitigates risks, and coordinates with cross-functional and global teams. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering; a master’s degree in Reliability Engineering or 0–1 year of Aero RAMS experience is also listed, along with experience in Aerospace systems and familiarity with aerospace reliability and safety standards.
