Description
ACT is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – Satellite Structures to lead complex composite manufacturing projects from planning through production and delivery. The role manages schedules, resources, priorities, and deliverables; serves as a technical and program interface with customers; troubleshoots manufacturing challenges; supports design for manufacturability, prototype fabrication, testing, and process development; and improves manufacturing efficiency and quality. Candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, knowledge of advanced fiber-reinforced and aluminum honeycomb composites, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a salary of $90,000 to $120,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, company-paid life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, and profit sharing.
