Description
Cheniere is hiring an Engineer or Senior Engineer, Electrical, to serve as the technical steward for electrical systems at an LNG terminal. The role supports, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves industrial electrical systems ranging from 120 V to 138 kV, including motors, transformers, substations, switchgear, UPS systems, motor control centers, gas turbines, and diesel generators. Responsibilities include developing operating procedures and project scopes, maintaining system documentation, managing changes, participating in safety reviews and failure analyses, supporting maintenance and operations, coordinating engineering and construction work, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, three or more years of relevant industrial experience for Engineer or five or more years for Senior Engineer, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid TWIC card.
