Description

Sysco LABS is hiring an Engineer or Senior Engineer – Cloud Services (Windows) to manage, engineer, automate, secure, and improve enterprise Windows workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Nutanix. The role covers Windows Server administration, cloud infrastructure, PowerShell and Terraform automation, vulnerability and security hardening, platform engineering, self-service provisioning, monitoring, reliability, and AIOps. The Engineer level requires a bachelor's degree and cloud and infrastructure experience, while the Senior Engineer level requires at least four years of relevant experience and strong Windows, cloud, automation, and production-incident expertise. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive health and life insurance coverage.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS, with exposure to Azure and/or GCP
Experience or exposure to Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
Experience or exposure to Git and CI/CD technologies such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
At least four years of experience in Windows Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Hands-on experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments
Strong AWS knowledge with practical exposure to Azure and/or GCP
Experience supporting production environments and handling complex infrastructure incidents
Experience with incident management, problem management, RCA, and change management

Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
Experience with Ansible/AWX, Chef, Packer, or equivalent technologies
