AEP is hiring two senior engineering roles: Engineer Senior and Engineer Principal. The Engineer Senior performs advanced engineering work, leads and trains other engineers, solves complex problems, coordinates technical activities, and manages project budgets; the Engineer Principal provides specialized technical leadership, manages projects or functions, and makes high-impact technical decisions. Both roles require substantial related engineering experience and an ABET-accredited engineering degree, with PE registration encouraged or preferred. The Engineer Senior salary range is $98,993–$128,689 per year, and the Engineer Principal range is $116,255–$151,132 per year.
