Description
Infineon is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to manage product yield and quality performance across external foundry partners, support yield ramp and mass-production activities, coordinate wafer disposition, and resolve manufacturing issues. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in semiconductor or related engineering, 0–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of semiconductor processes and testing, familiarity with statistical and manufacturing data analysis, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
