Integer is hiring a senior engineering professional to apply broad engineering principles, lead complex projects, develop and implement new technologies, support manufacturing excellence and innovation, and improve quality, safety, and operational performance. The role may supervise up to four to five technicians or associate engineers, mentor other engineers, collaborate across organizations, and require occasional travel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least seven years of progressive engineering or technically focused experience, and strong problem-solving, project-management, and quality-improvement capabilities. The salary range is $112,200 to $164,560, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and other benefits.
