Description
Molex is hiring an Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer (MQA) in Singapore to lead quality excellence across subcontractor manufacturing operations. The role develops and executes quality plans, resolves complex quality issues, analyzes process data and scrap/yield, manages nonconforming products and customer complaints, maintains quality management systems, conducts audits, and implements process improvements. Candidates need an engineering or related degree or diploma, at least five years of quality engineering experience, and proficiency with QC tools, SPC, 8D, control plans, PFMEA, APQP, and quality standards.
