Description
Micron Technology is seeking a RAM Metrology and RDA Engineer to support RAM lot and tool operations, manage lot disposition and tool performance, coordinate metrology and RDA processes, conduct training, track operational metrics, and implement continuous-improvement projects. The role requires a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nano-optoelectronics, or Material Science, proficiency with metrology and RDA tools such as CDSEM, KLA, AFM, and E-beam, 2–3 years of experience managing metrology processes, and experience with tool optimization. The position may require day or night shifts, including weekends.
