Northrop Grumman is hiring a Software Engineer or Principal Software Engineer for its Global Surveillance Division in Melbourne, Florida. The role is primarily office-based, requires a Secret clearance, and involves deploying, automating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving software infrastructure; designing application builds, releases, and configurations; and supporting agile software development, testing, integration, and operational troubleshooting. The position requires a STEM degree and 2 or more years of software engineering experience for the Software Engineer level, or 5 or more years for the Principal Software Engineer level, along with experience in aviation or safety-critical systems, C/C++ or other object-oriented languages, and Linux and Windows environments. The primary salary range is $77,200 to $115,800, with a secondary range of $95,300 to $142,900.
