Description
Emerson is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to work with internal and external customers, business partners, and distributors to understand application-based project requirements and propose solutions. The role coordinates with sales, legal, project management, and factory teams to prepare quality offers, provides pre-sales and technical support, attends pre- and post-order technical meetings, maintains CRM data, and ensures offer and delegation-of-authority compliance. The position requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, prioritization, teamwork, and the ability to manage complex situations under pressure; knowledge of isolation valves, actuators, instrument components, testing, metallurgy, material science, and fluid mechanics is preferred.
