Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will design, manufacture, inspect, validate, and manage assembly and test fixtures; develop and improve manufacturing, assembly, and test processes; prepare and review engineering change orders; support NPI programs; and lead or mentor manufacturing engineers and interns. The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or the technical equivalent, at least seven years of manufacturing engineering experience, fixture design experience, Six Sigma and Lean knowledge, Solidworks proficiency, and strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
