Description
Eos Energy Enterprises is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to support the reliability of battery storage hardware, including battery management systems, PCBAs, and electromechanical assemblies. The role develops long-term reliability and environmental stress test plans, models failure rates and degradation, determines acceleration factors, conducts HALT and HASS testing, leads root-cause investigations, and coordinates corrective actions with hardware, systems, and software teams.
