Description
The role leads a team of 5 to 8 engineers and sets the strategic direction for OIMS, safety, risk, and incident-management programs. Responsibilities include developing SSHE goals, mentoring staff, managing OIMS systems, implementing safety management systems, supporting capital project commissioning and startup safety, conducting technical change reviews, HAZOP and consequence analyses, LOPA and MOC evaluations, and leading root-cause investigations. The position requires a B.E./B.Tech/BS in Chemical, Petroleum, Fire & Safety, or Mechanical engineering and 12–18 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or LNG industry, with preferred process-safety and NEBOSH certifications.
