Description
The Engineer Supervisor oversees engineers and ensures the maintenance, operational efficiency, safety, and functionality of a property’s building systems. The role performs routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs; conducts preventive maintenance; troubleshoots equipment; responds to guest service requests; maintains safety systems and documentation; and coordinates with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments. The position requires hotel or facility maintenance experience, basic hand and power tool experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
