Description
The Facilities Maintenance/Engineering Supervisor oversees hotel maintenance and engineering operations, leading a team of maintenance professionals and managing work orders, emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, vendor coordination, and sustainability initiatives. The role requires at least three years of building maintenance experience, broad diagnostic and repair knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems, and the ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
