Molex is hiring an Engineer, Supplier Quality in Shanghai to manage supplier and subcontractor quality, ensure purchased parts meet company requirements, and support continuous improvement. The role covers supplier PPAP reviews, component qualification, process audits, problem solving, quality releases, PE cases, MQR and block-stock issues, supplier audits, incoming inspection checklists, and NPI supplier qualification. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of SQA or QA experience in a connector-related industry, and knowledge of quality standards and tools such as IATF16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
