Description
FM Industries is hiring a full-time Sustaining Engineer to provide technical support, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement for released products and manufacturing processes. The role investigates production, quality, yield, and customer issues; leads root-cause and corrective-action activities; manages engineering changes and supplier processes; monitors manufacturing performance; and interfaces with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, 1–3 years of experience in precision or high-technology manufacturing, and knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, and manufacturing processes. The role is based in an office with frequent visits to the manufacturing floor and certified cleanroom.
