Ageatia Global Solutions is seeking a Lead System Engineer for a six-month hybrid role in Reston, Virginia. The position manages and leads systems engineering projects, defines and analyzes system requirements, assesses architecture and hardware/software compatibility, performs risk and cost analyses, develops implementation solutions, supports incident resolution and root-cause analysis, and mentors team members. It also includes computer-system administration, networking configuration, disaster recovery, and professional development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or an additional four years of relevant work experience in lieu of the degree, plus 10 years of relevant IT systems engineering experience.
