GDIT is seeking an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN IV for a waterfront shipboard construction and re-modernization position aboard U.S. Naval ships. The role involves installing, maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, modifying, constructing, and testing electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include applying technical knowledge of electronics principles, performing quality assurance testing, providing work leadership, and participating in special projects. The technician will also handle fiber optic cable installation, splicing, termination, and testing.
