Holder Construction is hiring a full-time Engineer Technician in Training for its Operations team on a project in Mooresville, Indiana. The role supports field engineers by operating robotic total station instruments, auto levels, and other surveying equipment; performing construction layout; setting stakes, lines, elevations, grades, and reference points; maintaining survey equipment; and supporting field supervision. On-the-job training is provided, and the position requires overtime, weekend work, reliable transportation, travel, outdoor work in all weather, and the ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds.
