Ferngas is hiring an Engineer/Technician for Technical Operations Thuringia at its Erfurt location. The role develops and manages operational, maintenance, repair, and grid-transformation projects; ensures safe operation of high-pressure gas, biogas, and hydrogen facilities; analyzes operating data; develops digital tools; and manages external service providers. Candidates need a relevant technical vocational or university qualification, several years of experience in the high-pressure gas sector, expertise in civil engineering, pipeline construction, welding, materials engineering, site organization, and execution, knowledge of applicable regulations and standards, independent work ability, and business-fluent German.
