Drees & Sommer is hiring an Electrical Construction Site Supervisor to support electrical and control engineering construction projects in industrial and real estate sectors. The role takes overall responsibility for specialist construction supervision and project management for one or more construction sites, coordinates technical and building trades, manages internal subproject costs, quality, and schedules, leads construction meetings, and uses digital tools for construction documentation. Candidates need an electrical engineering or building services engineering degree, a master craftsperson qualification, technician qualification, or comparable qualification, along with construction management or site supervision experience, knowledge of VOB and technical standards, communication skills, and willingness to travel to regional construction sites.
