AbbVie is hiring an Engineer Technology I - Software/Data Engineering to independently design, develop, maintain, and integrate software and data solutions for scientific workflows. The role involves connecting data sources through APIs, databases, enterprise service buses, and SDKs; storing, transferring, visualizing, and analyzing large datasets; and collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and other stakeholders. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent education and experience, software and data engineering experience, Python and/or R knowledge, database skills, and strong German and English communication skills.
