GlobalFoundries is hiring a Test Development Engineer for its Dresden test facility to develop test concepts, hardware, and programs for functional testing of SOC devices with memory, NVM, logic, mixed-signal, and RF components. The role also covers electrical characterization, production release, yield optimization, test-time reduction, and test documentation. Candidates need a master's degree or diploma in a relevant engineering or physics field, professional electrical-test experience, strong electronic-measurement knowledge, programming skills in C/C++, Java, or Python, and very good English.
