Molex is hiring an Engineer, Test Development in Wuhan, Hubei. The role develops, automates, and executes test cases; detects and reports defects; supports failure analysis; maintains test assets and engineering standards; collaborates with cross-functional teams; and mentors junior engineers and external contractors. Applicants need a relevant engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of testing or development experience in computer, network, OTN, or DWDM technologies, and preferably experience with optical communication testing, automation, Python, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD tools.
