Description
Molex is hiring a Thermal Design Engineer in Tamsui District, New Taipei to support the design, simulation, validation, and testing of thermal solutions for CSBU products, including AEC transceivers, cages, and liquid cooling solutions. The role involves thermal simulation and analysis, validation-to-measurement correlation, chamber and wind-tunnel testing, data interpretation, technical reporting, and collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or thermal engineering or a related field and typically 3+ years of thermal design, simulation, or validation experience are required, along with familiarity with electronics cooling, thermal validation practices, FloTHERM or FloEFD, and 3D CAD tools.
