ASM is hiring a Total Product Support Engineer – ALD in Phoenix, Arizona to support the development, launch, and customer deployment of atomic layer deposition equipment. The role owns first-build testing, Alpha and Beta fab deployments, customer issue resolution, maintenance procedures, spare-parts strategy, and feedback to improve product reliability. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of semiconductor equipment experience, direct ALD equipment experience, strong system-level troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel 25–50% between lab and customer fab environments.
