Bosch Rexroth is seeking an Engineer Training Program - Application/Technical Sales associate to develop, promote, support, and generate sales for industrial components, modules, manifolds, and power units. The role combines sales development, solution engineering, quotation, customer engagement, distributor training, and cross-functional project support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, strong technical and communication skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and working knowledge of AutoCAD or another CAD tool. The position requires up to 10% travel and is limited to indefinite U.S. work-authorized individuals, with future work authorization sponsorship unavailable.
