Infineon is hiring an Engineer Unit Process Engineer to provide daily process and quality engineering support to production, drive yield and quality improvements, lead lot investigations and disposition activities, resolve manufacturing issues, and participate in improvement projects. The role requires hands-on wire bond process expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to semiconductors, along with at least one year of wire bond process experience.
