AECOM is hiring an experienced Utilities Engineer for a major Roads and Bridges project in Dubai. The role supports AECOM’s construction supervision team on RTA projects, overseeing the supervision, coordination, quality control, safety, and compliance of wet and dry utilities and MEP works. Responsibilities include coordinating utility protection, diversions, reinstatement, authority approvals, inspections, testing, contractor performance, interface coordination, documentation, and project close-out, while mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of relevant utility experience on major infrastructure projects, at least 5 years of experience in Dubai, and preferably UAE Society of Engineers membership and prior RTA approval experience.
