Description
The Engineer, WSS role is responsible for continuously improving production processes, developing and implementing new or major process changes, maintaining process documentation, troubleshooting production and new-product-introduction issues, supporting production automation, and providing training to junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, at least three years of process-engineering experience, strong optical and optical-electronic knowledge, engineering-analysis and root-cause skills, basic computer and communication abilities, and good English proficiency.
