Description
Micron is hiring a Yield Enhancement Laboratory Engineer to investigate complex electrical and physical failure mechanisms in advanced memory products. The role uses advanced failure-analysis techniques such as EMMI, OBIRCH, SEM, FIB, TEM, and nanoprobing to identify failure mechanisms, drive yield learning, and support technology development, product qualification, and high-volume manufacturing. The engineer will collaborate with Product Engineering, Design, Yield Enhancement, Process Engineering, and R&D teams, develop analytical methodologies, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
