Description
Micron is hiring a PDE Yield Enhancement (YE) Engineer to monitor, analyze, and stabilize yield during High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) new product introduction. The role owns yield performance from first silicon through NPI ramp and early high-volume manufacturing, coordinates with process integration, process engineering, assembly and test, quality, and other teams, and uses defect breakdown, physical failure analysis, yield dashboards, statistical process control, and AI-enabled tools to detect and resolve yield losses.
