Description
OBE is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead Design Engineering and Production Engineering from a single management seat. The role oversees fabrication-ready specifications, product layouts, bills of materials, manufacturing launches, project coordination, cost reduction, quality improvement, and engineering tooling, while mentoring staff and serving as a technical resource for sales, project management, architects, and dealers. The position requires at least five years of engineering management experience in manufacturing, five years in engineer-to-order manufacturing, and three years in fabrication, submission applications, or design engineering, with a preferred engineering degree and building-industry background. The pay range is $95,000 to $120,000 USD.
