Stratas Foods is recruiting students for its Future Engineer Program, which offers an engineering internship followed by potential long-term career development in engineering, operations, project leadership, plant leadership, continuous improvement, and other areas. The program includes hands-on manufacturing experience, cross-functional project work, problem-solving, data analysis, and leadership development. Engineer Intern I is for rising sophomores pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, while Engineer Intern II is for rising juniors with demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and leadership experience. Candidates must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, travel as needed, and meet the stated physical and sensory requirements. Pay is $26.91 to $33.63 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
