Stratas Foods is recruiting students for its Future Engineer Program, which offers an engineering internship and a pathway to long-term career development in manufacturing, engineering, operations, project leadership, plant leadership, continuous improvement, and other areas. The program includes hands-on manufacturing experience, cross-functional project work, problem-solving, data analysis, and leadership development. Engineer Intern I is for rising sophomores pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, while Engineer Intern II is for rising juniors with similar qualifications plus demonstrated initiative and leadership experience.
