ITAP is hiring an IT Apprentice for a cohort-based, on-the-job training program in Puerto Rico. The apprentice will rotate through technology pods, contribute to live software and IT projects, develop programming and systems-support skills, and work toward certifications. The role begins as a non-exempt, casual apprentice with limited benefits and converts to an exempt, full-time employee with full benefits upon successful graduation. The position is remote and requires a bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field, programming experience, version-control familiarity, and adaptability. Compensation is $41,900–$77,700 for the applicable GEOZONE 3 location, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
