Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a full-time SMT Engineering Aide to support data analytics, convert AOI, SPI, Universal, and MyCronic data into charts, analyze SMT component placement and equipment performance, troubleshoot SMT equipment, record and analyze time studies, and support document control. The role requires at least 10 years of SMT experience or relatable experience, strong problem-solving and technical-drawing skills, and familiarity with SMT processes and equipment; advanced computer, SQL, Excel, Access, and PLC skills are preferred. The position offers a salary range of $57,800 to $107,400, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 4/10 work schedule, and other benefits.
